We were in Boa Vista June 2017 Riu Touraug. Nothing of the sort, in fact one lady topless around the pool was quite a talking point. There were no Fab Members there at the same time either, but of course that may well have been bad timing. |

I gave been to Cape Verde 8 times. The first time was the Riu Funana on Sal. There was quite a bit of discreet nude sunbathing at the end of the beach. Since them I have been to the Riu Karamboa on Boa Vista. Topless sunbathing on the beach is not a problem. My wife does it all the time. There has never been any sign of a swinging scene there but you never know, If you meet the right couple. |
