Has anyone been to this part of South America?
Any tips? Places to stay? Things to see? Best bars and restaurants? Anything to avoid or be aware of
This will be a vanilla trip FYI!

One of my favourite cities. Its a BIG place so I found that I couldnt really do more than one district in a day.
San Telmo was my favourite - just wandering around in the evening and seeing the locals hanging around dancing the tango. Fram ages 9 to 90.
Steaks to die for for next to nothing (although it was a good few years ago...). Unbelievable ice cream.
And surprisingly for the nation that gave us Maradonna - extremely good looking men!
Need to be a bit careful about bag-snatchers etc but no worse that any other major city.
If you get chance to go to Iguazu Falls its breath-taking. Better than Victoria Falls in my opinion.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I’m actually heading further south to trek the Torres del Paine National Park - think snowy mountains, glaciers and penguins.
But to begin with I’ll be flying into Buenos Aires, and seems a waste not to spend at least a couple of days there. Sounds like I should allow a little longer though! |

If you find the milatary monument with the flame that never goes out. There is a pedestrian st that goes off the top left corner of it. The st is cakled florida. About half way up (Before Burger king). There is a st to the right there are two Porn cinemas on this st. One on each side of the road. I know that this info is a bit vague but it is a while since i have been here and i never knew the st name. |

Lots of useful info here. Gonna be booking for a work trip in August so all this is very handy. I've been told the waterfall is well worth seeing. Also I can totally imagine the steaks being incredible. Quite looking forward to that too. Now if only the blowjob bit could get sorted out!  |
