Hi op
I went 2 years ago and stayed in kamari beach,there are loads of lovely bars and restaurants there.
Fira ia busy if you like a capital and has some lovely cocktail bars anx restraunts to watch sun go down.It is expensive though.
Definately go to Oia too,we took a lovely boat trip there .Again people go to see sunset

If you take the small boat around to perissa as you walk along beach away from mountain it gets a little quieter before you come to next resort and if you walk past that resort up to bend it gets very quite  |
