If you are wanting a whole clothing optional experience then you need a naturist resort like Cap d'agde or one of the other big French naturist destinations. Cap d'agde is probably your best bet as you have a (very) naughty side to it as well.
Spain has Vera Playa in Almeria and a dfedicated hotel inn Estepona called natura playa. There are also a couple of individual resorts like La Macarena (nude and swinging) in Velez Malaga (near Nerja). There are others which you can probably find with a Google search. There are new places in Lanzarote and Ibiza but we don't really know much about them.
Gran Canaria as mentioned has a nude resort (magnolias natura) which is really nice and chilled. There is also a nude "swingers" resort (La Mirage) which is not as nice as magnolias but you can be naughty there which overides most things I guess. Both places are small bungalow complexes around a pool.
You can [push the boat out and try a Caliente resort in either Dominican Republic or Tampa or how about Hedonism in Jamaica or Desire in Mexico.
There is a lot of choice you just need to do a bit of Google work and then get reviews from people who have actually been.
Personally we choose mainland europe in summer and the Canaries or further afield in Winter.
