Tenerife nudist beaches - swinging clubs

Hi all and a happy Christmas ,we are looking at going to Tenerife for a week in the new year ( craving some sun ) , we have been years ago when we lived normal lives lol , but now we are wondering and would welcome any advice on what are the best nudist beaches , swinging clubs and swinger friendly bars if there are any ? .
