We are hitting Amsterdam next month & would like some advice on hotels? Have search for an "adult" "swingers" hotel but not much joy. Is there such a place?

Try googling the Toren Hotel.

I believe they are swinger friendly

You might want to look up the Showboat Club and Paradise Club while you are at it.
