It's amazing Im living on the lake and have been for the last 3 yrs. The summer can get a bit full of tourists the weather should be good from April until October. The best places to eat are always about 2-3km from the lake sirmione is good for the spa. Lazise, garda and bardalino are nice And there is always Verona for a day trip. Recently opened club in Verona called Nexus although I have not been. So if you want good weather amazing views icecream and quality food...lake garda is for you.

Hey SoSin.

I spend 4-5 months a year out in lake Garda so know the area really well

It's a fantastic place to go and spend some time. The scenery and landscape is breath taking.

Prices are pretty cheap and you certainly get good value for money. I always fly with Ryanair and generally get return flights for £30-£75

If you need to know more specific stuff let me know, I can maybe help you with info and connections.

Stewart.

What month are you thinking on going ?

I'm out there most of April May June. I'll be staying on the south side if the lake near Salo.

Can always catch up for a vino if your not too far away.

Anyone know where the best naturist beaches are around the lake? Or any naturist accommodation?
