Hi Fabbers,

Wanted some advice from anyone who has been to Sharm recently. Has anyone done any good boat excursions and if so where did you book them and how long did it last?

hi, you can book them with your rep or the diving/snorkeling center at your hotel, they last full day, from around 8 in the morning ( your pick up time ) till 5 in the afternoon, lunch and drinks are served on boat, included in the price you pay , enjoy

Would reccomend a snorkelling trip to Ras Mohammed, there's loads of dive companies that do them, it's a must do...this time of year you mite want to rent a 3mm shorty wetsuit as the water temp will be about 23 degrees..enjoy

Depends where you are. We booked all our outings including boat with FALCON (Theyre on trip advisor) Full day trip for 6 of us in a lovely big modern boat to Tiran island ( most of the day) with snorkling stops off the reefs and around the island, £200 Absolute bargain. Also did the quad bikes for £15 each.

So impressed we' be using them again next week

Plenty of choice. Water is still 28-29 degrees.
