Cabopino has a bar and restaurant on the beach and dunes with lots if private areas to sunbathe and play. X

All I can think of is it is reference to the installation of elevated walkways behind the dunes and crossing them at various points. Still loads of potential for fun

Yes they can be meaning if couples like yourself are there. Otherwise its full of blokes and not many straight ones
