Yes it was cape verde I went in September the weather was great it's a 5 hour flight from Manchester so when you think it's a little further south than the canaries I had no bad days like you sometimes do in the canaries hope this as helped p's it's a place that's on the up but at the moment there's nothing there and I mean nothing my hotel was 30 mins from the airport and I didn't pass 1 building on the way the road isn't even tarmac all the way |

We went in April and it was great. We stayed at the Riu Karamboa which was great too. Weather was fantastic, the beach and the food OUTSTANDING. Well worth every penny = on site entertainment was great but very little to do otherwise. Just what we wanted. |
