Not much in Basel itself, but look around in Olten or Oensingen, or just outside Zurich (1 hour on train) Caesar's Club-Sauna.
Just take into account that in Switzerland most clubs are for couples and girls only and for single guys it costs money.... There are specific websites to look for clubs in Switzerland, but in German (jobclub de is one...) without English translations. |

"The Laguna sauna parc in Weil am Rhein is good for nakedness and cheap with good facilities sure you can meet like minded people there "
