The only clubs we know of close to Benidorm are in and around Alicante.

I would just add that Spanish swinger clubs are very Spanish and cater for the locals rather than visitors. Ex pats and holiday makers can be very thin on the ground so being able to speak a little bit of Spanish would be a big advantage.
Also, although some are doing early start and finish on selected nights mid week on most nights (especially at the weekends) it is usually a very late start and finish. Doors open at 10.30 or 11pm nothing really happening until well after midnight, and expect to leave at 3 or 4am.
