I don't think there is. I have been there a few times for business and browsed all corners of the internet without success. All you find is those "massage and escort" clubs and sites, but no genuine people as far as I can tell

Several years ago at Fun4Two in Holland we met a couple who worked in Shanghai and they assured us that Shanghai had a great swinging scene !!
