Febs weather generally warm an sunny about low to mid 20s by day can get cooler at night down to 16.
Plenty of info around on the forums but by day you want to head to beach 4 which is where most couples go you can have a drink at the kiosk and meet plenty of others there.
By night you have a large number of clubs to choose from they usually restrict the numbers on single guys my favorite is 2x2 in la Sandia centre only allows 8 guys in every night except Sunday when it's greedy girls night also a number of clubs in the Cita centre.
