Not too sure that anyone does all in packages. Ryanair fly to Beziers which is a stones throw from the Cap. There all manner of chalets etc on the campsite which vary widely in price, alternatively you can take your own tent. Either way, if you google CHM Oltra you will find out what you need to know. If you decide on an apartment you could try Ann and David James Travel, they allow arrival and departure on any day and stays of any duration whereas some require bookings from weekend to weekend.
