We have been on holiday to Gumbet a few times and due to go again next year and although some women do topless sunbathing it is few and far between. A lot of the tourists are Muslim too so they don't really like it. However there might be a beach local to your destination which allows or encourages nudity. If you find one let me know, it would be lovely to get an all over tan  enjoy your holidays  |
