Sorry you are wrong on both counts..cafe b is not for swingers..its a cattle market and bears no resemblance to swinging what so ever.Taxis are NOT capped firstly they have rates 1..2...3..different rates depend on if day ..night..distance of venue,then soon as your in the taxi the meter ticks..if your stood still at traffic lights or an accident...it still ticks!! no different to been in a black cab! lol  |
