In Dubai...To the best of my knowledge/in my experience.. For you to meet a woman/someone of the opposite sex in a hotel, you have to meet that person in the hotel lobby... Except you and the person checked in together.... (Claim to be married). You're not permitted guests of opposite sex in your bedroom... So... You might want to accept the all inclusive offer of that lady... Or if you're lucky... You'd find someone checked into same hotel as you...

I live here, my experience is you can do as you want! Just don't flaunt it in the wrong places
