Beziers airport operated normally today. It's a small union striking, which represents less than 25% of the traffic controllers, so it's not as bad as it could be. No different to UK unions, who strike when they get maximum impact. Be positive, 75% are working normally & a little bit of luck helps too.

France

According to Ryanair web site

We have been advised that the French ATC strike has been cancelled with effect from 24:00hrs Wednesday 25th Jun. All Ryanair scheduled flights on Thursday 26th will operate as normal. All booked customers should proceed to the departure airport as normal.

Everybody loves to knock Ryanair but why are they the nations favorite then, tell you why they've done more for the flying public to reduce prices since Freddie Laker. Play by their rules and your quids in.

We cancelled too .. Rescheduled on Saturday .., was all done with a minimum effort

We r flying Ryanair too .,,Murcia/ luton but as shocking as they can be it's just too handy for us lol

The strike is French ATC not Ryanair though so can't see how we can blame them for this one !!'

Anyway time to chill in my extra days holidays .. Whoo hoo

Only an hours delay for us in the end but took a bit of a detour to avoid French airspace, now enjoying the sun and fun of maspalomas

The delays are nothing what so ever to do with Ryanair it's the air traffic controllers who are on strike NOT RYANAIR .

They strike every year at this this without fail.

Follow the rules that Ryanair have, the ones that you ticked the box to say have have read and you won't get problems with them.

As for the strikers well they have a right to strike as do most of those on here.
