If anyone is thinking of staying outside the naturist village, you will probably know that you have to pay to enter. You can pay daily or weekly for either car and passengers or just pedestrian. It's not as much fun staying outside, but certainly cheaper.
We have a list of this years charges, if you want details send us a message. It's not too expensive and will almost certainly be cheaper overall than renting inside the complex, given the high prices we've seen advertised.
For anyone making several trips down this season, you can get an annual card for a car and 5 people for €210.

News exclusive from the owners of Tantra Club, they are extending the upstairs couples area after it's success last year as a 'real players' club. |

We've had some of our best nights in Tantra... And some of our worst..! Before it 'accidentally' burnt down a few years ago we were regulars. The bed in the centre of the restaraunt was surreal...!! Then it seemed to turn into a 'French only' social club, with no one playing with other couples. Had a good time there last year, so hopefully things will get better with the new extension. Do you know what they have planned for this year?

The club has changed ownership since the events you mention. Last Summer it really was a great club compared to its oddities in the past. The owner's view is for it to be a real players club and that was certainly the case last year with an intention it continue. Downstairs couples can engage with single guys if they choose whilst upstairs is for couples. |

Ditto.
We did 2 nights in there last year and had a great time on both occasions. Mrs got plenty of action downstairs on the 1st night, then on the 2nd visit a steamy session on the beds at the top of the stairs before you get to the couples area.
Apart from the foam party's it has become our favourite venue at Le Cap, and with 2 weeks this year I think we will manage more than a couple of visits.
100 days to go, but we're not counting |

We found Tantra was great upstairs but a bit "intense" in the downstairs play area.

Depending when your coming - don't leave it until the last minute - unlike other places the Cap fills up. Campsite wise its a big site so you should be ok if your tenting! |

Fantastic weather this week and lots of fun on the beach yesterday, but it rained during the night and a bit cooler now. In fact, it's bloody cold...!!

Le Tantra and Jeux de Mains are open to single guys, as is Le Glamour, not sure about prices for single guys but somewhere around 50/60€ at a guess. For couples Le Tantra and Jeux de Mains were 20€ last year.
On rainy or cloudy days there are the adjacent sauna clubs in Port Ambonne. One is couples only the other mixed but there is an internal door that allows couples to flit between the two, but singles have to stay in the mixed part.
On your previous posts you said that you only wanted to meet "Brit" guys. If you stick rigidly to that we think you will be disappointed at Le Cap. While there will be some British singles they will be very few and far between, the vast majority are French with Germans in second place. Needles and haystacks spring to mind. Try "Jonny Wokkers" for a drink, if there are any around it is probably the best place to bump into one or two. |

We would recommend Cpl -capdagde as they speak English and always available. Only two hotels inside the naturist resort Hotel Eve (cheapest ) Hotel Oz (expensive) |

There are lots of camp sites in the area, even a large one within the naturist village. Google "camping Rene Oltra"
Distance from Calais? not 100% sure but reckon on the thick end of 1000 kms. We drive down from Germany via Luxembourg and from the France Luxembourg border it's around 800 kms to Le Cap. |

Calais to the Cap is about 650 miles. Can be done in 10-12 hrs solid driving but as your in a camper its possible to stay free in one of the service areas on route, or more risky one of the aires which are secluded and therefore not as safe. |

No idea how you got to that figure for a camping pitch lol. The maximum fee per night is from 26/7 to 24/8 and it is 42.30 Euro per night.

I been thinking about going to Cap de Agde for a holiday but never been before, and to be honest would'nt have a clue where to start?
Have read comments that there not many Brit single guys around, are they gernerally welcome and do a lot of places speak english there? (my french and german is very limited, lol).

Our view? No need to speak French as most of the bars, clubs, shops etc. speak some English, but if you make an effort to converse in their language then are more helpful! That is why we are trying to learn some French for this year, although strangely our books don't have some of the important words we will need lol.
As a single guy it is like anywhere else, if you are polite and respectful then you will have more opportunities.
But be aware it is not the cheapest place in the world, and for single guys more so as you have to pay extra to get into the clubs (like here). But it is also unique, and should be tried at least once! |

To be honest there are not a lot of British single guys at Le Cap. By far the majority of singles (and couples) are French, with Germans in second place, but there are people from all over Europe and the world and we have never seen any evidence of British or anyone else being unwelcome.
Some of the venues in the village are couples only but there are also quite a few that welcome single guys, and the beach is open to all.
As pretty much everywhere in the swinging world the main difference is the cost, single guys always pay more.
I suppose you could look at it the other way around. As one of a very small number of British guys there maybe you could be more popular than you think.
Late June to early July looks best at the moment. |

As in most Clubs here in the UK, there are no shortage of single guys in Cap d'Agde in the summer. Similarly, whilst there may be lots of single guys around, they are mainly not what most couples are looking for.
If you are hot, fit and sociable you will have the time of your life there just make sure that you join as many websites and forums as you can beforehand and try to make advance plans to meet up with people. |

Were trying to go august mid to end cant seem to get accom as last min but didnt realise we were going can anyone help suggestions or know anyone whos got accom weve camped and hotelled there before and love it only looking five days please any help appreciated
Try these guys they have apartments. Also they have a caravan which they can put on the campsite for you

Wouldn't think so, we've squeezed in without bookings. Depends on the weather, just the UK really. If it's good, retired folks will fill it up quickly.. If it's dodgy, there will certainly be room...

We have been told by friends over there that the weather is always hit and miss this time of year.
Do not be fooled by thinking it is like this from July to September.
We have been there in each of those months and it is just wall to wall sunshine.
If you are struggling to get accommodation try speaking to Vanessa or Eva at Peng France, they always get us sorted. |

Weather can change the whole perspective I guess. We went for the first time last Sept and hit lucky with only one cloudy day. No foam party etc and scene was winding down but still plenty on the beach and in bars/Melrose
Booked again on strength of that so see anyone who's going last week in June! x |

We went second week in June first time, glorious weather. Third week in June the next time, very windy. So this year very last week in June and start of July. Who knows? Also went in September and had one bad day. If bad weather, there is always plenty to do |

The bad weather seems to have driven everyone indoors or is keeping them away. We also don't see many people going into the clubs or saunas. |

Yeah the sun is out again today but need to get the factor 50 on the todger.
It was sunny yesterday as well so we stayed at waiki pool all day. Look like a lobster now though...ouch don't touch me shoulders.

Yippee - here we are in France at our place near Lodeve. Got to trim the s and chase the spiders back to the woods but can do that naked anyway! Pool is still a bit on the cool side but Hey Ho!

Back in the UK now and lovely weather lol. we had a canny time at cap and it was good to put a meet a few of the guys from here in Johnny Wokkers.
We would deffo go back but probably last week in August first in September. we preferred the week nights as they were easier to chat with people rather than the full on weekends.
apart from the sexual content everywhere we were really surprised at how friendly everyone was to each other. Totally changed our opinion on the French xxx |

As most of you already know we have had to cancel our trip to Le Cap this year.
While we thought we would keep quiet about the reason I suppose now we have made it public on another thread it is time to let everyone know on here.
Four weeks ago Anette was diagnosed with breast cancer and has undergone major surgery and is now receiving chemotherapy.
Thankfully it has been caught early and all the signs are good.
We are unsure as to where life will take us in the next months, but we are both determined that we will get back to normal as soon as possible.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a fantastic time in Le Cap this year and we hope to be launching the 2015 thread with our name at the top. |

We are booked into camp site 24 July to 4 Aug. Our 1st time in Cap - very excited & nervous. Can anyone tell us what people wear at night. We have gathered that ladies wear sexy outfits, but what about guys, who don't own any club wear what is considered the norm. What about when you just want to go out to explore and go to a few bars or restaurants? We would like to go to the foam party and will do a club but not every night so any advice would be great. |

Men dress in smart casual mostly and shorts are not acceptable in clubs. Go to feverparties.com and select the 'more' tab on the right of the front page where you will find a 'guide to cap D'Agde' on the dropdown list full of info. |

You can buy daily and weekly passes in the office at the entrance. Think that you have to be in the village by 8pm, but not sure on that point. |

What's the weather like?
Are they doing the free pool parties at Babylon this year?? They did them every Wednesday in 2013
So glad to hear the foam is starting this weekend.....10days and we will be there yipppeeeeee |

Yes it has started to get busy here now particularly at weekends. Yesterday the couple's beach was busy too.
Now hot sunny days with next week all high 20's and low 30's.
We haven't heard that Babylon pool parties have stopped so they should be on.
So glad Summer is here it's time to party. |
