We met up with some locals in Gibraltar but we used a site called adult friend finder. It covers the whole of the world has has listings in some very far flung places.

We use that site too and can only say it is by far the worst site out there .
If you think that there are lots of timewaisters and fakes on here its nothing until you've used that site.

Spent lots of time there over the years, not the easiest of places for sexual encounters to be honest and never discovered a swinging scene, occasional fuck with naval wives when hubby had to go to sea for a few days but all that's gone now sadly, still a few ex pats there but you might have a better chance across the border. |
