Anyone ever cooked this joint of beef and have some good advice best way to do it

Foil or no foil

I have googled it but it tells you something different on every bloody post

Never use foil when roasting a joint,foil is only used once the joint has left the oven and is resting whilst you do your veg

Dont sear. Just wrap in VERY loose foil with seasoning then cook lower over 180°C for 15 mins per pound and then let it rest for about 20 mins (covered)
