If you mean the one at Villajoyosa I think it closed quite some time ago, but if it has re-opened we would love some more info.
There are some clubs in Alicante, Cupido, and Jardin del Eden, easy to find with a quick search.
Remember though that Spanish swinger clubs are VERY Spanish so a few words of the language would help, also they open and close much later than UK clubs. Expect opening at 11pm not much action until 1am and not going home until about 4am at the weekend, although both of the above are doing earlier opening midweek.
