Not actually true about Russians. I live in Patong and there are no more Russians than there have been in the past. They stay in their own communities mostly in Laguna area so you have nothing to worry about as I’m sure you won’t be going there. |

...."their areas" ....yes exactly. Territorial bastards and building illegally. The Thai authorities are currently cracking down on them
