Noticed a few others on this thread are having their Virgin cruise on Scarlet Lady.
We have never done any kind of cruise before but are tempted with Scarlet Lady leaving 15th from Miami as there are over 200 couples in a group booking from the US forum.
Any brits going on this one or who have been on it before offer any advice ? |

We are on the Iona going to the Canaries from 16th to 30th March. We know a single lady who would love to go but finds the cost prohibitive.

Get to know the ship layout before you board, saves lots of time being lost lol, read the newspaper they give you each night for the next days info eg. If you need to take passport into port, and the shows that are on etc., make sure you give yourself good time to get to some shows or you will be without a seat, same if you like to watch the football in the sports bar, avoid the buffet in the evening, waiter served restaurants are so much better, ask your cabin person to leave you a bucket of ice each day if you like a drink on the balcony as fridges don’t chill that well. Enjoy |
