Haveing a couple of day the started and end of trip in Bangkok, is ghis a good idea or just head down to the part of Thailand I'm heading for

I alway start and finish in Bangkok this time I’m 13-17 nov in Bangkok then 17-27 pattaya then 27-30 Bangkok then home

That sort of thing I'm thinking of , as its going to be my first time and the longer flight I had done

It’s so easy there public transport is superb and cheap I take the public bus from Bangkok ekkamai bus station to pattaya an 90 minute ride cost about £3-4
