I lived in Jah for almost six months a couple of years ago. MoBay is mostly resorts so can be a challenge to try and meet people staying elsewhere and a lot of Americans weren’t using Fab during my time; might be different now.
If you can be bothered, grab a route taxi to Negril, it’s about half an hour drive in good weather / traffic; a lot of people stroll up and down the beach and hang out at the beach bars rather than hotel bars inside or on the other side of the road.
I met several swingers that way, just chatting!
Main highlight was a Canadian couple on honeymoon who basically invited me to be their voyeur and dildo for a week!
Lots of holiday-ing, honeymooning couples in Negril for the long weekend as they don’t get as much annual leave as the UK.
