Hello, we are thinking of a weekend break - tourist sights in the day, and more exotic at night of course

Can anyone advise on the best clubs to visit in Rome? We've seen Flirt 2, Bad Romance and some spas mentioned but don't know anyone who's been, so would really appreciate any advice/tips.
