That’s because it’s the rainy season, which will last until about October. It’s the reason why flights and hotels are so cheap.
Where are you?
Tell us, do you have to wear a face mask and maintain social distances when you’re out and about in the scorching heat and torrential rain?
And how about entertainment? Have you found anything open after 23:00?
How many girls have you bar-fined so far?
Lots of us here on Fab would like to join you if things are getting back to normal.

In pattaya it was busy around soi bukhao,lk,pothole area. Tree Town stayed open later than most areas. Samui was very quiet |

Good news!
As from 1st June, there will be no mandatory quarantine for unvaccinated or only partially vaccinated foreign tourists, but they will still have to pass a professional antigen kit (ATK) test for Covid-19 at the airport on arrival.
The Thailand Pass system will continue, and travellers will still have to purchase health insurance coverage of US$10,000 before departing to Thailand.
And there’s l more:
Also from 1st June, bars, karaoke shops, massage parlours, pubs, theatres, etc. can re-open. Operating hours, alcohol sales and on-premises consumption must end at midnight. Customers must show proof of full vaccination, and you’ll have to wear a mask during a massage
These rules will apply in the following areas:
Amnat Charoen.
Ang Thong
Bangkok
