Have you had any luck? I actually live in Stuttgart and can give you some recommendations depending on what you are looking for?

Also there's Joyclub which is the German equivalent to Fab and they usually will have a list of parties and club events listed.

Joyclub is useful for addresses and even more so if you pay to be a member.

Eronity is free and also has events but the overall quality might be less than Joyclub.
