Depending of if you are fully vaccinated or not but if you are fully vaccinated you will not need to take a test before you travel you will just need to bring with you a copy of your NSH passport that’s shows you are fully vaccinated, and you are also required to complete a passenger locator form to enter Prague, do this before you travel and bring this with you. When you return to the UK you will need to prove you have purchased a day 2 PCR test and also complete a UK passenger locator form before you travel back to the uk
