Where to go for a naughty cpls long weekend away ?

I know the weather isnt great now as we head towards winter. Where could I book for a naughty long weekend/week away with my partner? Lookong for somewhere that may still be warm, open to vaccinated, maybe a hotel with a nice room and spa bath or something..
