It's official! We're off to La Mirage in a couple of weeks!

We've never been on a swinging holiday before so any tips on where to visit appreciated!

We booked La Mirage on the strength of people's comments from here so hopefully we'll have fun!

I've read as many posts asi can find about the area and it sounds like tge comeback bar is a must as well as 2x2. Oh and it would be rude not to at least try the nudist beach! - we're not naturists by any stretch of the imagination but can't help thinking it would be fun

How do people dress in the day/ evening in la mirage?

Very excited and can't wait!

If anyone else is out there at the same time please say hi!

Cheers

Had to laugh at that comment

La Mirage in our opinion is fabulous

so relaxed and everyone so friendly

U certainly do not need any clothes all day......no one bats an eyelid as its natural

U will love the dunes as everyone is naked there too

Comeback bar a must as thats where everyone meets for starters

Wish we where back out there but not long since come back so now have to wait while october or november

Have fun guys

"Wish we where back out there but not long since come back so now have to wait while october or november"

If you can get any flights under 500 quid for you both, lol

Just to be clear as you say you're not naturists, nudity is not compulsory at La Mirage as it usually is at Naturist complexes, but you may feel a little awkward being the only ones clothed.

Night time in the clubs most guys wear trousers shirts etc girls sexy dresses. 2x2 has a nude only night and sexy underwear only nights, so check before you go, if your not comfortable with that keep away on those nights, we never go to nude night

Thanks so much for the comments and advice!!

We'd like to public thank Island Couple for the email you've sent us!!! It's people like you that make this site great! - Basically a 3 page tour guide to GC - amazing. We'll email you back shortly.

Didn't realise it was basically naked all day at la mirage, however it's not a problem as we'll now be down the beach in the day;-)

Thanks again to all - looking forward to it more than ever now.

Cheers

Warks

We are going out on 14th July for 1 week, so coming home a couple of days after you arrive. Will be our first time in GC, we will be trying the dunes during the day. And like you from what we have been able to find out comeback bar and 2x2 are the places to go. We will no doubt try then too, see how they compare to Chams in the sunshine lol! Maybe see you in the dunes

Sound like your in the exact same boat as us!!

Can't wait now - especially as we learnt about the swinging area in the dunes!

Hoping to get a good tan if nothing else and just have loads of fun!

Looking foward to hearing about your experiences when you're back.

Quick question for peopel who've been there before - do we need ID to get into the clubs there? Or is it all just "pay as you go?"
