Hi all - we're trying this place, Terre de Soleil, 19-22 Aug. Thought we'd ask if anyone's been? We liked it because it's adults only - any ideas for day trips into Cap d'Agde? It's only half an hour away, apparently.
Thanks xx |

Hi - we know it! its next to L'Extasia. Its mobile homes and very rural. Haven't been around the pool area so can't comment. Its a short walk to the swingers club - but not suitable for "heels" as its an untreated road surfce. Palasia restaurant is close and do some gr8 food & entertainment & club.
Hope this helps a bit? |

Yes, but we're a bit intimidated by the sheer scale of Cap - plus we're not into 'family naturism', just adult swingers.
We did wonder about trotting into the swingers clubs one night, but weren't sure if that was encouraged...
Thanks both for your help anyway!

Sure you'll enjoy it where your staying..we've been its nice and the club is fun..
Cap isn't really a family naturist place it is 80 % swinging, more familys use the camping..
Don't know if your driving down ? Otherwise a taxi from there to the village will cost a fair bit..
Think you can buy a card to access in the evening but you'd have to be there before he ticket office shuts |

Is that the camp/ caravan/ lodge park just by extasia? If so it looked fine when we went to the club. As far as day trips to Cap are concerned, go for it. It will take you about 15/20 minutes and cost you about 12/15 euros for the car to get in for the day I think. When you get there look for the swingers on the beach. About 300 yards down on the left. You will see all the people near the ice cream vendor. Just past the first aid post. Also bring your play wear if you intend to fill the evening as well. |

During the school holidays there are a lot of children at Cap d'Agde particularly on the campsite.
Fun activities on "swingers beach" is very very low key as the First Aid Post nearby is manned during the day and Police on horseback often clear swingers out of the nature reserve behind swingers beach.
However, when the sun goes down and the kiddies are in bed the swingers come out to play.
There are fewer kids around in June and September. |

When were you last at Cap D Adge then ?
Because i can assure you there is every bit as much going on in july and august as any other month..the secours hut is manned by lifeguards and the police patrol the reserve at the back all times of year..The campsite has always been more popular with familys, and there is never any problem with children and the swingers |

Well said. Sick of hearing that myth about kids and Police. We always go July or August and found June too quiet and September too chilly at night. Midsummer madness for us always.
19-26 July this year at Jardines Babylones. |

We have been at Cap d'Agde every year for the last ten years at various times and have friends who live there. Our next trip will be on two weeks time when we will be there for Bastille Day and the finish of stage 15 of Le Tour |
