We've been 6 times since 2003 and absolutely love it. We're on Cancun care and find that great because we arrange booze cruises before we get there.
We've played a bit whilst there but it's far from a swingers hotel which is what all Brits seem to think. Desire is cancuns swinger hotel and it owned by the same company. You can get away with a lot at TTR and the night clubs as we've found out.
Amazing people, amazing facilities and amazing fun. Can't wait to get back there at the end of April xxx |

We are there from 17th feb through to 3rd march. 4th time there.
Check out the cancuncare swingers site, this is for the swingers who go to Temptations where as cancuncare site is a little toned down. You can also get special wrist bands to identify swingers, does help to get chatting to people. If anyone sayes theres not a lot of real play goes on they must walk round with their eyes shut. Its not as open or in your face as Desire ,, check out end of bar after midnight ( oppersite end to hatch ) and later still the sports pool. Balconey shows.. and the open door invite. If a door is propped open it means come have a look or join in. The new wrist band thing for this year,, if find one on the door handle and door open its an invite to watch or join the action.
The place is fantastic,, but if your a 5 star only person might not be for you. Food good, service good, rooms good ,, be relaxed, take it all in and you'll have a fantastic time.
Its the most revisited hotel in mexico. |

how do you find the cancuncare swingers site, have been a 5 times to TTR and are members of cancuncare, but never seen the swingers bit. going again 27th may for a week there and a week at another hotel. would love to find the real swingers in the hotel.  |

Look on cancuncare , down the page with roll calls and postings,etc, you'll see a lifestyle thread thats been locked by Sticky Steve ( it all got a little too naughty on that thread and had to be locked . ) Click on that and the last post tells you where the link is. If you cant find it drop me a line ( cant put the site details on here for some reason )
You must of been missing out ,, 5 times ,, get yourselves some of the wrist bands from Bambi. She posts them out of new york for 4 dollars each. |

We got the white wrist bands last year and were the only ones wearing them lol
Going again on the 25th May and will wear them again.
Might see you there at the sexy pool

W went last year with Thompson but they have stopped now, book flights and hotel separate and it works out a little cheaper

Try and get a couple of white wrist bands as these show that you and swingers
Dress to impress at night
No sexy in public but leave your bedroom door open if you want to show off |

We've always found Thomas cook the best deal. infact better than flights and hotel separate. End of feb is a good time to get that winter break,like being in the med mid summer.
If you want fun and to party with likeminded people, good weather and good food give it a go. If your hung up on 5 star perfection, expect to get loads of sleep, or dont like mixing with people from around the world,, then it aint for you. |

Temptations is not a couples only resort sadly. You will see groups of men and women there (mainly men). Some can be a pain in the arse because they believe it's a swingers resort when it clearly isn't.
It's mainly the British men who let the singles down with the football songs and acting like pricks.
You can get that anywhere and they've never spoilt any of our 6 trips there |

Ah right!! Was just looking to have a stress free couple of weeks with a bit of kink!! Had a busy time with work and was going to treat myself!!Like you say though you get them everywhere!! |

Had a look at a few travel agencies and it seems its going to cost between £1500 - £2000 for 2 weeks all inclusive.Which aint to bad I think.Any views on this? |

Thats a good price, compare it to other resorts, get it booked for May, great bunch of people there in May, fun sun good food and booze mixed with great people, what you waiting for  |

We are heading to Cancun temptation in June 8th -22nd for two weeks never been there before so was wondering what to expect advice please.
We have read some review on Cancun care.com site. Keep coming across 3 letters TTR what does this mean? Also do you book for the boobs cruise when there?

Book the Boobs Cruise before you go, dates of cruises will appear on cancuncare so keep an eye on there.....be prepared to drink a lot. And we mean A LOT!!!

We booked with Thomas cook and.it was actually cheaper than last year

Been there twice and loved it both times. They have a white party on every week, along with different themes each night. The food is fantastic, for the Italian Restuarant is the best in our opinion, but you have to book. The seafood Restuarant is good as well ( don't have to book) try the lobster in the Italian Restuarant, it's out of this world (extra cost but won't break the bank). Naked volleyball takes place as well worth a go had a good time playing that. Entertainment at the pool bar every day, gets going towards mid to late afternoon. Entertainment staff are really good there, there is one English girl there on the team. Waiters are great (does you well to tip them), so make sure you take loads of $1 bills. The rest we will let you find out for yourselfs hope you enjoy it as much as we have. |
