I can only say this as I am 50 later this year (which am going to celebrate with a huge party).....youre not over the hill, yr just another year than you were yesterday, see as no more than that. If you look after yourself then no problem.

No ure just one day older than u were yesterday - were u over the hill yesterday - nooooo then u havent managed the climb today either lol
