I have had regular partners at the time I have put up photos. They may not be the same person as two years before; during those two years, I will have been tested around 8 times.
I play safe with new and casual partners and continue to be tested every three months. How often are others tested? |

The issue I do have is when people say safe sex only but they aren’t honest about having bb sex with their regular or special friends. I don’t care how often they are tested. I just want the information so I can make an informed decision about whether to meet them or not. |

well said that lady !!!! Oral sex is just as risky yet everyone does it in Clubs and Privately all the common STI's can be transmitted orally. Sure you reduce the risk by wearing them for full sex, but that is all. If you only have sex with circumsized guys the HIV risk is way down.

Bare oral is safer by a long way than bare vaginal. Which is safer than bare anal.
All types of sexual contact become safer the more barriers that are put in place.
The ultimate barrier is abstenance (sorry about the spelling).
Risk is made up of 2 elements
The odds of something occuring
The level of impact if it does occur.
So taking the buggies (Hiv or hepititus)
The impact remains a constant, so people have to weigh up the odds of transmission occurring. Most people find the risks of transmission too high so employ a barrier for anal and vaginal sex with non-long term partners. The level of transmission for oral is what most people are happy to accept.
Individuals will hold varying different assessments of the risk and have different responses. But very few know the actual numbers and know them for all potential diseases. So most just make a best guess. |

There is a tiny reduction in risk, but only if they don’t have anal sex.
If you are worried about HIV Statistically it’s safer to have unprotected with a HIV positive man who is on medication than sex using condoms with a man who’s HIV status you don’t know.

I don’t (take precautions with oral). But I try to be particular about who I play with. If I know someone is always careful when they play it makes me more comfortable to put his cock in my mouth. If I can see that he barebacked someone on a first meet, for example, then I’m not letting it anywhere near me with a condom on otherwise, because our ideas on what is acceptable don’t marry up. I try to only play with people who I think take a similar approach to risk as me. Not fool proof, but we all have to draw our line in the sand. |
