"last numbers of the died"

This is a Tarantino film currently in pre-production. Spoiler alert! It's about a firm of accountants who are all actually living dead and when their clients attend a meeting to review their final accounts, it turns out to be literally their final accounts and they all end up died.

I think the op meant to say large number of the dead! But I’m only guessing.

As for which colour bin surely it’d be the brown garden waste bin as we are organic?

Our garden bins are green, recycling brown and that's where it gets confusing

That makes more sense.

Grey bin here. But it's not very big. I think legs would be hanging out

Think that would be an issue for most bins, and as it wouldn’t be shut the binmen would refuse to take it.

I used to always tip them at Xmas but if they knock on the door now the only tip I’d give them is don’t eat yellow snow.

Our recycling bins are Blue, General waste in Black, food waste in small green bins, and garden waste in Brown.

Good to see all councils have a common approach!

"

Presumably it's sensible preparedness, just in case.

It would be a bigger disaster if bodies were left to rot in the street because noone knew what to do with them.
