So advice please. My lipsticks are just over a year. Nail polish some are about two years. And the rest is anything from a year to 6 months.

How long do they last.

And thank you for your help

I've got nail varnish that is years old and they are fine.

They recommend you change your mascara often due to eye infections.

If you haven’t used it in the last 6-8 months, bin it!

All too easy to have a ton of the stuff hanging about if you keep everything. So be brutal!

Mascara, throw out regularly. Everything else, it has expiry dates on it but go by how it feels, performs, whether it irritates your skin etc. If in doubt toss it.

I replace mascara and eyeliner regularly. But some of my eye shadows are probably 8-10 yrs. Old. It's powder in a pot, don't see how it can go off.

I didn't know that until quite recently, but on most cosmetics you should have a sign looking like an open tub with a lid. On that tub, there should be a number, which indicates how many months they can be used for.
