Answering messages.

Is it me or do other people find it annoying when a profile says message us. Then no answer. Surely a thanks but no thanks or something would be the polite way instead of either just deleting or ignoring. I understand some may get bucket loads of messages. But please just have some courtesy and a quick message back.

Site rules are no reply means not interested. I appreciate its disheartening, especially if profiles specifically ask for messages, but some people literally have hundreds of messages daily so replying to them all would be a full time job.

We used to try and reply to every message but it’s a bit annoying replying to lots of people who haven’t read our profile or are sending the same message to 100’s of profiles, we tend to reply to those who make a effort or have read the profile even if it’s no thanks

Just take no reply as a no thanks op and delete your messages from your sent box.

I always try and reply if its clear someone has read my profile,not otherwise

This, we will always reply to anyone who has clearly made the effort to read our profile, and sent an appropriate message.

If you clearly haven't, will just be deleted, and maybe blocked.

They might say message us but they aren't necessarily asking you to message them. Nobody owes you a reply.

I use to reply to messages on our couple site, but it's not as simple as messaging a polite no and that's that....some people just dont take no for an answer and can even become quiet nasty
