I like the glow a nice tan brings and I like having a tan myself (when I can be bothered). Fan of some fake tans too although hate smelling like biscuits after. Some people look great without though so I guess each to their own?  |

If you close you’re eyes and look directly at the sun just 30 seconds a day, particularly important this time of year , early or late unless you have spf15, you get the best skin , no lotions potions or fave tans come close , plus all the VitD you need |
