Has Fab changed you even??
Has it changed you for the better? More open minded? Body confident? Do you feel more supported being in touch with others in the swinging world?
Has it changed you for worse?
Imho fab has certainly made me more sexually confident, i’ve learned so much about sex, sexuality, sensuality etc.

Fab has definitely given me a lot of confidence and has helped me not get to attached to people especially as most are honest and open about what they want. Before joining fab I was very much put all my eggs in one basket and would get too attached and would always get let down. |

It has made me finally feel like I am being true to myself, and fit in.
I never fit in before as I am too "straight to the point" for a woman in society,but in swinging clubs and on here, it seems to be what people like about me.
Body confidence and general wellbeing has improved massively too x |

Its changed me in a lot of ways. I've learnt to accept my imperfections and have gained body confidence a lot more than I did have.
I've also learnt that there are a lot more good people about than there are not so nice people.
Friends can be made online with people I've never met and support given from people I've never spoke to.
I've also learnt, and this is the biggest achievement for me, that I'm a stronger person than I thought x |

It's made me question everything, confidence dropped, feel like my inbox...empty 
Nah not really, I find lots of joy from Fab but I'm certain the above is the case for many as well...it can be tough to deal with if your not thick skinned, mentally prepared. |

My experience hasnt been great and I am sceptical and suspicious when entering any conversation with a man. I haven't changed but I know myself and what I want more. |

Oh I was going to ask this soon...
Mentally I don't know. Calmer and more comfortable knowing i can succeed in this worod I guess.
But physically... Lost 1.5 stone, fitter than I've been since my teens. Dressing smarter everyday by default (hello shirts and shoes, goodbye tshirts and trainers). More frequent haircuts and a new style... Hope it all sticks whatever the future holds! |

I'd have to say mentally as a single guy it's hard coping with the rejection. I would say I definitely question myself a lot more and am less confident on here than in the everyday world. It's not FAB I find the issue with but the fakes and timewasters that arrange meets then cancel them. After so long you really start to doubt yourself.

Has been both good and bad
Had a lot of fun sex - i was a late developer..and was quite a good boy when younger. So it has made given me a range of new experiences
However, it has over time , I realise it can make you addictive to living for the next sexual high. And that can be bad... |

Hasn't changed me. Maybe being stood up and ghosted as often as I am on here has made me a little more cynical.
Otherwise... I've stepped up my selfie game sure, but I've been doing the online thing on various sites for over a decade now, so all the liberation and what confidence I have came much earlier than this site did for me. |

It's helped me realise that being fat is still attractive to many.
It has also made me far less trusting of people - I expected the nature of this site to mean that people were up front and honest, in fact I've found the opposite to be true.

My own experiences of fab have made me less trusting of men and given me more respect for myself. For me the diamonds in the rough on fab are few and far between. I've learned that if you give a man an inch he will only want 4 more and revert straight back to the playground if I decline. |

I’ve been on and off here for over 10 years ..
Everything has changed in that time including me ..
Once you’ve opened this can of worms, you can’t put it back ..
You can’t go back to vanilla world and try to settle down as that wouldn’t fulfill me ..

Definitely boosted confidence, but also opens up the questioning of other aspects of life away from fab.
I'm in my happy place now and have absolutely no regrets about doing so.

It’s made me more confident in how I look, I used to hate my body.
I have made some amazing friends who I might never meet, but value them anyway, and some who I have met and now adore.
It’s made me more cynical and definitely guarded, but for those who mean something to me, it’s taught me that I can trust, I can open up and that I’m worth more than I thought I was in the past. It’s also given me something precious, that I am so grateful for x

It makes us stronger and stronger as a couple everytime we play, whether it's a club or private meet/party we always leave knowing we are going home together and madly in love with each other. It just works perfectly for us it allows us to explore our boundaries and live out our fantasies, we do it for our pleasure its just fortunate that others that we involve get pleasure out of it as well, win win |

In spite of the protests regularly dished out by middle aged angsty men, I genuinely believe men will do and say anything to secure sex or the promise of sex. This is the belief I have after speaking with men on fab. |

Fab has given me the confidence that I've lacked over many years wouldn't dream of taking photographs of myself like I do now! Has taught me to love my own body and appreciate what I have!! |

I thought I was OK in the sack but soon realised I was so niave when I joined. I have learnt to become a far better meet and more confident. I have also learnt that there is more than one body type that turns me on and now realise its confidence that is the biggest attraction in the opposite sex. So I now know not to worry about what I look like and if someone likes me, then great and if they don't I am not offended any more as each to their own. |
