Couldn't imagine doing that. It's bad enough working just nights. Must be a real drain switching to and fro like that x |

I normally do 1 day, 4 nights, 3 off then into a run of days. Kills me everytime! |

I do the same night shifts every week and because I don't have long enough off I.e 4 on 4 off I am permanently in night shift mode. Currently off for half term and still awake all night. Sucks |
