After chatting to someone for a while you arrange a meet they still message you has your walking to house then knock the door and BAM they delete profile and don’t answer door. !!!!!!!

I think most of us on here have been stood up at one time or another. We were stood up by a well verified couple who didn’t offer us any apology or excuses and just blocked us! We ended up making the most of the spare time after arranging child care by visiting the local garden centre.  |

We had a mwet once exchanged numbers got post code drove to street only to be blocked on here and phone number
Think loads get a buzz talkimg
To many time wasters on here
So they come to us that way if thry dont turn up no time being wasted or fuel |

Every single couple, person, private meet I've managed to arrange has failed for some bizarre reason or another.
Not far away individuals halfway across the country. I'm talking meets with fab users local to and around Manchester.
I genuinely think some people get off/just relish the thought of wasting someone's time & getting people excited to go out & do something just to pull the rug out from under you last minute.
The excuses I've heard beggar belief!!
Quite exasperating really. Not entirely sure what to do to from mitigate that happening in future.
Been stuck on one verification for ages as a result. |

I don't know what they get out of it,but happens alot it seems.
Years ago I was arranging a social meet,he was keen nagged me to meet.
Arranged to meet in Leeds at a bar,he was still texting all day,then stood me up.
When I text and asked why he said I wasn't his type!!he deleted his profile here.Fast forward a few months he rejoins fab and massages me asking to meet.
He got a mouthful and tried to claim he'd actually got cold feet before meeting and couldnt understand why I wouldn't meet him another time.
Nowt as queer as folk they say! |
