I worked in brothels in Manchester for several years while at uni so i know more about how to keep myself safe(r) than quite a few people I've come across on the swinging scene, I'm pretty paranoid about my sexual health now... thanks MASH (Manchester Action for Sauna Health, the charity that provides testing and support for girls working in Manchester)
These are mine:
The amount of men I see who think they can tug away at themselves then try to finger me... (And that's from the ones who want to use condoms). I only ever use one hand to play with me, and the opposite hand to play with a guy...
Or who say that they have just brushed their teeth... (That causes micro abrasions - open wounds, so you should leave at least 2 hours after brushing before sexual fluid contact - alcohol free mouthwash is your friend) |

There and to the left a bit |
To be honest judging by some threads even the most basic of ideas about sexual health are beyond some people - regardless of that I'd urge anyone to bookmark the following site which provides up to date and easy to understand information about all the main STIs (and some not so main):

Thanks for highlighting this Lady Jayne... makes total sense to me but it's a shame many people don't think about where their fingers have been beforehand.
I speak from experience... having been fingered by a guy at a club when i was in the dungeon. Within weeks i got really ill... developed high blood pressure.. went on for months before i ended up at A&E thinking i might've had a stroke. Everything checked out ok with my heart etc... just before i left the doctor asked if I'd had my urine tested... so i gave her a sample. It showed up blood and protein which suggested a kidney infection. Further tests revealed it was an e.coli infection. An e.coli infection that got to my kidneys, shot up my blood pressure and could've really damaged my kidneys had it been left undetected indefinitely.
We all know where E.coli lives and where it doesn't. For sure that guy had poor hygiene. It put me right off playing with people in clubs. If I had my way, a shower together or alone right before playing with anyone would be mandatory as its is the only way to be sure someone is really clean!

Beats me where many women learn to put condoms on guys so many think the wak is to stick two fingers inside roll over and jam on when cock is still limp then stretch it down making solitting much more likely and they have touched the inside wrong on all counts has any one else been taught this way well RTFM |

Going anal to vagina so many guys try ramming finger in my ass then think it's ok to ram them in my snatch too. I've had infections because they've done it and they just don't get it. They get annoyed telling them to wash their hands. Add in to the fact they never asked to stick anything in my ass! Even after a thorough cleansing shouldn't go anal to vagina. Porn stars doing the ass to mouth before vagina for a reason the saliva kills a lot of the bacteria but not all. But do you really want whats been in your ass in your mouth? Bareback anal even after cleansing doesn't mean it's clean the bacteria can cause problems externally and internally. Killing the gut bacteria for sake of sex with antibacterial fluids is no good in the long run. |

We are very careful. Get tested every 12 weeks - condom used with everyone. Change condoms between vaginal and anal to vaginal sex.
A lot of peeps are unable to retain the Hep B vaccine.
Visual -
WARTS look like tiny cauliflowers all over your genital and groin area and bum crack.
HERPES - painful blisters in the genital, perineum and bum crack usually. Herpes can be transmitted to a cock/pussy if you have a coldsore (don’t kiss or give oral if you have one and don’t receive if they have one).
Genital herpes can only be diagnosed if there are presenting blisters. NO play until totally clear of blisters AND condoms vital. However if a person contracted herpes on an area of the groin that a condom does not cover you are at risk of it passing. There DOES NOT need to be blisters to pass the virus on. Just normal skin to skin contact is all it needs. It is also a permanent sti.
Chlamydia, gonorrhoea etc often don’t have symptoms which is why you need regular checks. Sexual health recommend minimum 12 week checks for regular active swingers Many clubs offer testing for free on certain nights.
Always make sure you wash your hands before and after play. If no shower available keep wet wipes to have a genital/groin clean up. Mints to keep breath fresh. |
