would love one but peps need to understand dogging. Having sex in a car in a remote spot is not illegal. Committing acts that are likely to offend people in a public place and in public are. It is amazing just how many police cars you see at dogging spots on Fruday or Saturday nights - nothing better to do other than -let's go see if there are doggers out?
Been found a few times in a very umcompromosed positions but usually ends with a stern telling off or being asked to leave and if your lucky a good chat and a laugh over it.
That is not to mention the plods I have seen interacting with couples after clearing out the single guys.
From what I gather it is only if two members of the public complain that there may be a problem. I may be wrong but when asked what I am doing, not much is said after replying "watching for badgers and listening to the radio".

Agree that the police see dogging spots as an easy touch. Somewhere to 'police' that is easier than a high street.
Also seen off duty police at dogging sites getting all aggressive. Supposedly plain clothes. Started asking questions etc but wouldn't identify himself.
Also seen a van turn up with 8 to 10 police in the back to go and question everyone. Turns out they were rookies and it was a training exercise. The sergeant was using us as practise for the 'can I have your details'
On the other hand, they have been fair when there has been aggro form boy racers, travellers and other idiots at dodgging sites and kept the peace. |

I am not convinced that people who want to ruin sites , join fabswingers, or are already on here, to find out locations, then cause mayhem..
