Serious comment - helps if you know you're likely to be clean so pick your moment

Try in the shower with a soapy finger and just go with the flow so to speak

Also think about buying a small butt plug. My first was a suction one which fixed to the wall in the shower, had several long showers when I first got it. It only cost about a fiver too.

As others have said Lube is the key and if you’re going to finger yourself make sure that your fingernails are short!
