Simple answer they restrict the blood flow in your penis so you can stay erect longer.

Loads of different ones out there and everyone is differ t on their preferred ones.

The silicone ones are easier to put on as they stretch so can be put one once already erect.

The metal ones need to be put on before getting an eeection.

I’d recommend a silicone or adjustable one to get started with. Once you know the size you’re comfortable with you should then think about switching to metal.

I use one that goes around both cock and balls and for me it makes me a little harder and a little bigger and it all stays up for a bit longer. Im not keen on ones that just go around the base of the cock, they just don’t do it for me.
