We were chatting to a single guy and arranged a meet.
On his profile were various pictures showing him wearing a condom.
About two hours before the meet, he said that it would have to be bareback, as condoms always tear.
We messaged back and didn't go to the meet as we don't do bareback.
We were quite confused by the use of condoms, what is everyone else's thoughts on this. |

he probably was trying his luck and thought you would say sure that's fine. If he's so against using condoms then maybe the pics on his profile aren't even him  |

I've discovered my local sexual health clinic gives out extra large size free. Works for me, so I'm it would have worked for him!  |

You should of tell him, yes, and leave him hanging there. What an schmuck.
In my entire life, I(mr) have never experienced ripped, broken, or slipped condom. Always been wandering, how is that possible. Saying that we always use good quality condoms, and of course the right size. |

Some guys struggle to keep it up and the condom won't stay on. Others lie and don't really want to wear one. Some may have them rip but that's down to how they put them on nails etc in reality if you insist and they don't want to then you just decline them as you have its perfectly acceptable to do so. |

I used to get lots of ripped condoms, but that was usually because I used to just dash into the store grab the first box I see and dash back out. I've learnt unfortunately that I'm not regularly sized.
Now I also have a large pack in proper size at home and take them along with me.
Seems like the guy needs to go for a fitting  |

I think it’s more likely if they are put on wrong and trap air in the end or if there’s too much friction |

Weve had just one split before but it's definitely not the norm...but if hes so big he splits condoms all the time he wouldn't get near O she would tell him hes too big it would be painful so no thanks...let it back fire on him....as others have said most is not putting them on correctly..we also visit the sexual health clinic and have a test every 3 month just for pure peace of mind now...regardless of splitting or not.. |

I have removed the "safe sex" option on my profile but I always have latex free condoms with me.
Only one reason for this is that I have yet to experience B/B sex! Yes, seriously, but then I am still relatively in-experienced in spite of my advanced years. Can you blame me! |

I think he needs sending to the GU clinic where they will happily demonstrate how to put on a condom, without it tearing

Safe sex at all times.
We had a similar situation where play time was arranged with said person. He messaged around 30 mins before the time arranged to say, he had no condoms and asked where he could some from.. FFS really! |
