Stockings short skirt

I would only ever wear stockings and a skirt that would easily cover the stocking tops when out shopping in the day.... in trying to blend in, I would not want to draw that kind of attention to myself.
If out in an evening at a tgirl night out or perhaps a club, I would risk a shorter skirt or dress, though still one that covers the stocking tops .... apart from the occasional glimpse as I sat down, or perhaps crossed my legs.
I do try to dress elegantly where I can.

Depends on what you consider short. I wear hold ups and tight skirts "wiggle skirts" to work regularly but to a club I wear short short skirts that you can see the top of my hold ups and some thigh to a club |

Really short and it should be tights
Just above the knee, stockings

If they are deliberately on show in public, then it’s definitely Slutty.
If you accidentally catch a glimpse, then it’s extremely Classy.
I also like to blend in when I’m in public. So I aim for the latter look. However, sometimes a gust of wind gets under my skirt and all eyes are all me...... hehe..

We go food shopping in the evenings and my wife almost always wears a short dress that frequently shows her stocking tops.
Personally I love it, for those that don't I guess they do not have to look. |

Depends on the context really I think.
I much prefer wearing stockings or holdups to wearing tights, both in terms of comfort and looks but also because of how it makes me feel. Usually worn with a dress or skirt that is just above knee length. Occasionally a quick glimpse of stocking top may be had with a gust of wind or when I cross my legs etc.
Only under very particular circumstances would I ever wear them with a short skirt & have them on full display though.

Im a bit of a discreet exhibitionist lol.
I’m usually wear knee-high goth boots, a mid-thigh length tartan skater skirt/dress, which just covers my stockings or holdups.
If I bend or lean over ever so slightly, the hem of my skirt rides up exposing my stocking tops.
When I walk my skirt swishes and exposes my stockings too. I like being a bit of a tease lol.
